Paper presentations at NIG conference 2016 in Antwerp
Last week, I was present at the 2016 Annual Work Conference of the Netherlands Institute of Government (NIG) in Antwerp, Belgium.
At the conference, I c0-chaired a panel on Public Management Reform with Eduard Schmidt (Leiden University), Tom Overmans (Utrecht University) and Koen Verhoest (Antwerp University). In this panel, I presented a paper co-authored with Amanda Rutherford (Indiana University Bloomington) named “Shifting Administrative Intensity and Front-Line Employee Composition: Cutback Management in Institutions of Education”.
In the panel on Behavioral Public Administration, I presented a paper co-authored with Petra van den Bekerom titled “Disentangling the perceived performance effects of publicness and bureaucratic structure: A survey-experiment”
